| 2024 Parental Refundable Credit Application Information The SC Department of Revenue (SCDOR) will begin accepting Parental Refundable Credit applications for tax year 2024 on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 8:30 am. Applications must be submitted online using the SCDOR’s free tax portal, MyDORWAY. Applications that are mailed, faxed, or emailed will not be accepted.
